"0 stars if I could. Scratches all over my car that I noticed were visible in the sunlight. My car is new and these were not there. But of course this place won't repair or fix the damages done to my vehicle so now I am left with a big bill to get this fixed. NEVER will I go anywhere else I'll just do it myself. I basically paid 26 bucks for them to scratch my new car. I thought a car wash by hand was safer than the car wash drive thru but no. These people with scratch the heck out of your car and I don't even know how that's possible, especially in delicate areas where there's only dust. No need to fiber scrub my interior screen!"

"Please know I do not write reviews I am fairly new to Hemet so have little knowledge of services in the are. On Friday, I paid $40 plus for what I thought would be a good wash and cleaning of my SUV. It was pretty dirty on the inside. Once done, the outside looked and the inside as well. I didn't check the very back. When I was driving the next day, I noticed that the inside of the windshield was not cleaned properly as there was still a film on it, and you could see places that were missed. Today, when loading groceries in the back, I noticed that the back had not been vacuumed. There's debris and my dog's hair still there. Granted, there was my husband's walker, a bag with a change of clothes and a sheet I forgot to take out that we leave in the vehicle, so we don't have to load it every time we go somewhere. It would not have been too hard to vacuum by moving it to the side or even removing it from the vehicle and making sure the windows were cleaned. I was very impressed after the first time I brought you my very dirty car that's why I came back. I will come back since there are no other full service carwash places that I know of in Hemet."

"This place is awesome. I have been debating repainting my black truck due to hard water stains, and scratches. Car wash depot did an acid treatment to remove the hard water stains and a premium polish to hide/remove the scratches. They returned my vehicle shining like it just got a new paint job. Shout out to Francisco for saving me thousands of dollars on a new paint job."

"Horrible experience with Hispanic female took my car 3 days ago was told detailing which included wax interior cleaned leather treatment and shampoo of upholstery. Driver seat had split water that needed to be detailed. Was called 4 hours later no big deal. 228.00 my mats weather tech were to be removed cleaned and carpet vacuum none were touched superviser Jose did all mats now for my seats all discolored black hue and my seats are tan. Jose says there still wet but I'll retouch now. So he does I leave my husband returns the next day since they are still discolored. We are told bring it back anytime and we will do the job over. My husband was appalled they already tried that we asked for the owner we were told tomorrow at 11 he'll be In. So today we go the owner doesn't want to talk and this Hispanic lady comes to resolve. After being insulted we were told that he gave us a discount of 20.00 dollars so no refund would be considered and we can take it up with our attorney or insurance. We'll I guess when you get a discount you get nothing but a nightmare. I believe if she is the best person to represent Mohammad then it leaves me to question the business ethics"

"Really great spot!! I went on vacation and my car got really dirty I dont trust people with my car but its father day and didnt want to wash it myself lol, they did such an amazing job all the workers were really nice and made sure I got what I paid for most definitely coming back thanks guys"
