"You can't reach anyone once you've booked a ride. It rings & then someone picks up & immediately hangs up. Horrible business. No wonder Uber & Lyft are putting these places out of business."

"If you actually want someone to pick you up, this is not the company to call. The dispatcher was rude. Nonetheless, he said the driver would be calling me shortly when he was on the way. This never happened. I booked the ride at 9 pm and it’s now almost 11 pm and he still hasn’t called. The restaurant we were at closed down and we stood outside in the dark, cold night with spotty internet trying to figure out how to get home, while continuing to call back this undependable taxi company to no avail. After countless calls, no one ever answered the phone. I used to defend cab companies. Now I understand why Uber and Lyft are so popular. That’s how we finally got home tonight. I have continued trying to call back this can company all evening. I have stayed on hold for over 15 minutes at a time, multiple times. I will never call this particular cab company again, and I will make sure to spread the word far and wide throughout the vast business community in which I work in Nashville."

"Needed a ride to the airport, picking me up at 4:30 AM. I was called by dispatch saying they couldn't get a vehicle. I ended up driving my car to the airport, where the parking fee will be astronomical."
