"We rode with Mr.Vincent, he got us to and from our destinations safely and punctually. He was a very cool guy, the atmosphere on the bus was amazing from beginning to end. The thing I liked the most was he was professional, the bus was clean, seats were good, bathroom worked properly as well as the TVs, also the AC and heat both worked. We were definitely riding in style. We look forward to have him again in the future."

"Book at your own risk! Booked them for our Beta Club trip to Nashville. They were late arriving in an unfueled bus. The bus was not quality, although we paid $4800. The seats were broken, tv didn’t work, bus was unclean, and bathroom on the bus was inoperable and smelled horrid. The bus driver, Angela, was very rude and unprofessional. I emailed a complaint while we were on the bus. No one responded. If we had other options, I would have immediately told the company that we didn’t need the bus. The bus driver kept asking where we were going, although I provided an itinerary. After arriving on our trip, the driver complained about the hotel the whole time. We stayed at Gaylord Resorts, calling them racist and not wanting black people there. She texted me serveral times throughout the weekend, although we didn’t need to bother her for 2 days. It was terrible! After arriving back from our trip, I called the company to follow up with the complaint that I had and they did absolutely nothing. They lied several times about the owner being 83 years old and it takes him a while to resolve matters. Nothing was ever resolved! No one ever called back nor followed up! We will not book with this company again, but want others to be well aware of how unprofessional and rude they are! So again, book at your own risk!"
