"If I could leave 0 stars I would! My aunt is 90 years old, and bedridden, and needs to get to a doctors appointment urgently. Her care coordinator set up the transportation, we didn't know it was Delta or we would have refused since we'd had problems before. They were supposed to pick up my aunt at 11am, we get a message at 9:45 that our trip has been cancelled!!! We called and confirmed last night which makes this worse. No apology AT ALL, just a dismissive "yes it's been cancelled due to no driver." They do not care PERIOD!"
