"Had a horrendous experience taking an exam with them. You'd think you were trying to get access to some classified documents instead of taking a 30 minute licensing test. Ok top of the ridiculous procedures, their system did not work and I had to restart. Then it crashed in the middle of their pre test check. I had to everything 2-4 times. I can't believe companies actually utilize them for this service."

"I passed my exam yesterday, they didnt give me any information. In trying to get my license it request an application with picture that I am supposed to get from the testing site. Of course I didnt get any information from them...PSI is NO help!!! UGH Im going to have to drive back there to request it and they are going to say we dont have anything to give you. UGH"
