"Have made at least 4-5 attempts to make contact with the college to discuss their diesel program and do a site visit. They either do not call or call 4 hours after they committed to call at a time we could not talk. Admissions seems to be no priority to the school. Will go somewhere else since they aren’t interested. Other colleges make appts, which they keep, and provide a thorough presentation. Sad because this was my sons first choice originally."
"I went here for 7 months, I eventually left due to lack of real hands on training and accruing mass amounts of debt. This place is literally falling apart and does the bare minimum to maintain accreditation. During my time here I got a grand total of 10 hours of hands on experience at best. This is after 7 months. This is a private, for-profit debt trap that will not teach you anything meaningful. Most of the work is done on the computer and it's all simple multiple choice stuff, it's done in a way that anybody can go through this school and pass. The standards are nonexistent. They'll let anyone in because the bottom line isn't quality education, but money. If you or your kid have recently graduated high school, do not go here or send your kid here, it's a waste of time and money. At the end of the program you will be left with very minimal education and tons of debt. This is a very unprofessional environment, I understand that this is a school for training in blue collar work, but I feel as though there should be some standard. Lots of vulgar comments passed around the classroom and some particularly vile comments were made on a regular basis specifically regarding women. If you have a daughter, I wouldn't suggest sending her here. All together, this place is a dumpster fire. Ignore my warning at your own peril."
"They do NOT certify you as a welder. It's a waste of money when you learn the same skills on the job site. I taught in Denver and Nashville for 3 years and it was a babysitting job everyday. Other students will ruin your experience. Go find an entry level position, earn money, and learn at the same time. Don't let recruiters will talk you out of your time and money. If you're a mechanic it's a far different story."
"This place is ridiculous and absurd. Responds to every bad comment in weird ways dismissing the actual problem but saying it’s going to be addressed. The noise this college produces is insane. They commented on my original post the following “ We regret the enthusiasm of some of our students has been a bother. We’ve asked our campus staff to remind our students to be more aware of their actions. Thanks for bringing the matter to our attention.” and that was one month ago and my original review was a noise complaint. I’ve even personally gone into the college and they did nothing about it after agreeing to address it in person yet this being weeks ago it still happens daily that the students show up to a school blasting music or drifting around in the parking lot. And no this isn’t an exaggeration I’ve literally seen them many times drifting in the parking lot. I’ve noticed with the other reviews the college likes to leave a kind reply then never actually worry about the review again. Lol what a funny little college. A scam if you ask me."
"I live across from this college. Directly across from it. Luckily I don’t own the house and rent. The students at the college daily throughout the day rev their engines and it’s beyond loud. All my neighbors complain about it and it wakes my mother who is living with me up constantly and she is older. I find it ridiculous the staff at the college also encourages this behavior. It’s apparent the students, principal and the staff have zero regard for society by doing this and allowing it to happen. This is coming from an American man who works 55+ hours a week."
