"Let me start off by saying my son attended weekly private lessons at Cool Springs location for exactly one year until recently. He had 3 different instructors during his time there, and all were amazing. Caleb was his most recent one, and he was with him the longest, and made great progress. My son never ever said he doesn’t want to go to his swim lessons. It’s the recent management I have an issue with when dealing with situations out of the ordinary - and hence the low rating. We planned a 3 week trip for July, and I approached the staff in early June to discuss what options are there to make up for missed days or if it’s possible to prorate our bill based on attendance. The administrator was very understanding and offered a solution: make up for 1 missed week out of 3 and credit our card for the other 2, and keep our spot for when we are back. It seemed like a great solution to us, and we agreed we will talk details closer to our trip. Then comes July, I call to discuss the details, and location manager (Cody) said such arrangement is not possible, and we will either have to pay for entire month (including the 3 lessons not attended - that’s $80 per 30 minute lesson times 3, so $240 for just holding his spot). Or if we do not wish to pay, we need to end our enrolment and get on a waitlist. And he apologised that we were earlier mislead by a staff member. It was very disappointing to see that the manager isn’t interested in finding a mutual solution with a long-term customer. His only proposal was “pay or go”. I’m still debating whether to try to get a spot for my son with the same instructor because he liked him so much or to ignore this business completely as a matter of principle (leaning towards the latter). I’m also not going to recommend the place, while in the past I mentioned them every time my son’s swim skills came up. But from the management attitude I recon they have enough business year around anyway, since and don’t care about customers’ loyalty."

"We have loved the lessons that safe splash has provided. My daughter is improving with every lesson! The staff and instructors have all been super sweet and helpful. She is very shy and they have really worked with her to get her comfortable. She has been loving her time there. Additionally, the location is very convenient to shopping. Right off of 65, Costco, target, and the mall are all nearby. The new facility is clean and comfortable."
