"This was the only doctor's office that I've ever rage quit. Dr. Tang and the staff at the Hermitage office are uncaring. They messed up my billing and basically forgot about me at my first appointment so I was there for almost 2 hours. I still gave it a shot for a few months but it never got better. For a mental health facility, the amount of anxiety experienced because of them is not worth it. The staff at the Rivergate location was not nearly as bad but I would definitely not recommend overall."
