He's very comprehensive in his assessment of your symptoms and focuses on a lot of manual therapy/active release techniques to help guide your muscles to their proper form. He directs you on movements and teaches exercises to help make you independent with your HEP. Unlike some chiropractors who spend just 5 minutes with you and then leave you on a machine - he really takes the time to talk to you and understand what's going on. I would highly recommend him to anyone with pain."
