"The old man at the register YELLED at me because I ask him a question. He shooshed me away and said ASK HER! while the short, central american lady with the black hair and bad attitude ignored me as she walked back and forth in front of me, until i stood in front of her so she can unzip the back of my dress. (Another customer helped me zip it up). With an attitude said she wasn't helping me because I tried the dress on by myself....the prices are fair, but is bad customer service worth it? They switched the size on my dress i paid $180 for a dress that did not fit. I tried on the sample size and was told to go back 3 days later. They gave me a 1x with a 2x tag. They refused to exchange it. The man kept saying he had a headache and to not talk to him or ask questions. HE KNEW! They got caught and got defensive about it. Now i need to spend another $100+ to buy a new dress. At a different store of course."

"The ladies working there will tell you the dress looks good on u in order to sell and if you try a dress on and don’t take anything they start criticizing as you walk out of the store! Stupid me paid for a dress I hadn’t seen yet the lady said i was a size 8 i was so excited i paid 220$ upfront!! When i came to pick it up I try it on and it doesn’t fit!!! Like really! Never pay anything upfront if you haven’t seen nor tried it on!!! Lesson learned 220$ plus tax to the trash!!!"
