"All of the therapists quit at once because the owner, Barb, had not paid her therapist for a long period of time. Barb sent a long email to all of the patients, apologizing and displaying her entire personal life, blaming her personal problems for not compensating. We had no warning and it caused our kids emotional distress and to regress. We got lucky and found a stable place to take them. This place and the owner are not stable. I’m very surprised to see this place is in business. It was only when they started calling asking for their $100 we owed them that we found out."

"We started OT with Sprocket in the beginning of 2023/January. It was great. Sprocket had come highly recommended to us by a neighbor. Our twins made incredible progress within 3 months of being there seen by Sean and Autumn. The twins built a close relationship with both of them and we saw progress at home. To our disappointment both therapists quit abruptly and unexpectedly without notice. Our kids had a very hard time with this as there was no transition period, in fact it hindered and backtracked all the progress they had made. We received an e-mail from Sean that he would no longer be working there due to personal differences and not having been paid by the owner. A few days later I reached out to Autumn because I had a gut feeling something more was going on as she had cancelled her appointment with our son. She as well was leaving due to personal differences and not being paid. From what I gathered due to emails from both Occupational Therapists and the owner Barb, there was quite a bit of conflict with her business and its financial stability. She had sent out an e-mail to the client's apologizing but also displaying her personal life in an unprofessional manor, as to why she's been struggling with keeping Sprocket Therapy open. Thankfully we were able to get them into Cornerstone Pediatric Occupational Therapy in Pleasantview without a wait. As a parent you want the best for your child. To see your child struggle due to something that could have been prevented or fair warned is really frustrating."

"My son goes to Sprocket for his speech and feeding delays. We attempted working with another feeding therapist at a large medical center and had a very frustrating experience and are so thrilled that we found Sprocket. My son works with Jess, and she is the best! She is genuinely concerned with his well-being and takes the time each week to listen to our thoughts and to go over what she worked on so we understand what to do at home. My son loves going every week and has made HUGE gains--we could not be happier with Jess and Sprocket! Desiree at the front desk is also extremely helpful and kind."
