"I drove there around 8a.m. along thinking how am I going to be able to get these things to my car since I am not that strong anymore (God work behind the scenes) A gentleman packed all my purchases in plastic bags with ice placed them in a box, walked and placed them in the car for me.. "Seafood: Not as fresh as I expected. Seems like each business defrosts their remaining unsold product for the week. However, the fish they are selling are usually on the larger side. This is great if you are buying volume, but not if you are coming here with only freshness in mind. If so, I recommend just buying in an Asian grocery store with live fish tanks as that is the freshest you’ll ever get. Price: Great price! Definitely the place you want to go if you are buying in volume. Quality may not be top notch, but still a great bank for the buck. Average price ranges from $3.95/lb+ Place: Everyone lines up for one place J&D Seafood (one with the biggest variety). However, this is really made up of 4 different businesses. I suggest you do not spend everything at one place; look around and shop. I ended up buying in one only to find out that the same fish is $1 less per lb in another business."

"Get there early for the best selection! They have bags, gloves, ice and styrofoam pieces to transport the fish, they also will cut it up for you. Cash only so be prepared! They have everything from shrimp, the salmon belly, to whole fish of every kind, something to see!"

"Was a good experience, will visit again for more fresh seafood. The prices are unbeatable and the staff is friendly. Purchased red snapper fillets Jumbo and Large Shrimp and lobster tail. Had a good Saturday evening dinner."
