"I tried really hard to like this place and gave it 4x chances but I won’t be returning, which is a shame as they are all really nice ladies. 1st set most of the diamonds fell off within first 2 days. 2nd set were so thick and it was discovered in the 3rd set that my nails were butchered. 3rd set the gel x nail tips were applied with an odd angle and meant there was a visible gap between some of my natural nails and tips. 4th set today I had to ask twice for my skin to be separated from the overspill of glue and even with asking I have left with nails I’m going to have to fix at home. It’s really frustrating as they are all easy fixes but I was sent out the door noticing all of these things. I hate confrontation so it was big that I spoke up to have the thumbs fixed today. Even after speaking up I still had to go buy files on the way home to fix them. I was overcharged on two sets and the owner was very polite in refunding the difference but this salon just isn’t good and I wish I could get my full nails refunded. It’s too late in the evening to sit and take them off. Also they charge you to take off a previous set they put on? New to me…"

"I had a disappointing experience at Nail Box. I booked in advance with a specific nail artist I admired from their Instagram page, but upon arriving, I was assigned to a different artist without any prior notice. Only after I inquired, I was informed that the artist I booked wasn't available. What frustrated me further was when they mentioned that "everyone here is capable of doing it," which raised the question of why I was asked to choose a specific artist in the first place. The artist I was assigned to was polite and had good customer service, but unfortunately, she didn't meet my expectations when it came to the quality of the gel nails. Some of them were left lumpy, which was quite disappointing. In summary, I would recommend staying away from Nail Box. They overcharge for basic gel nails, and their lack of accountability for their mistake only compounds the negative experience."
