"From my experience here, Dr. Osborn was incredibly judgemental and did not provide a safe place to talk freely. She mentioned her personal religion and church affiliation multiple times and ended the session by saying she was late for another appointment and had to go. Don't waste your money here. Find a therapist that truly cares about what you have to say and how you feel."

"We called our Insurance company before going and was told we needed to pay our deductible up front. When the EOB (explanation of benefits) came we actually only owed our co-pay. Called and went by Dr. Agostin's office and was told several times we would receive our money back. As of today they have never called or sent us a check for reimbursement. It has been close to a year! I would not recommend this place! Very unprofessional! The services were poor all around!"
