"Okay so first I’d like to say , I found them on psychology today website, the advertisement seemed like a great fit for me and I saw that it took my insurance as well so I was interested in possibly making an appt but first I wanted to find out a little bit more information about how the process would go, how things would go, my goals for my mental health basically like a consultation and I wanted to know how much my session would be. She never discussed those things with me but proceeded to tell me first I had to make an appointment and that I had to fill out paperwork before the appointment will be confirmed although I did not want to really commit to making an appointment without knowing what I’m getting myself into as far as payment and what she will offer me to help me with my therapy she did not go over the process or anything not to mention the initial greeting was not quite friendly to me therefore I decided not to move forward due to lack of presentation and I felt as if she does not have a passion for it not saying that she doesn’t but i just didn’t feel like she did."
