"Does not work very well with schedules. Constantly cancels appointments then tries to push it off on you. Have more than 7 cancels listed. In less than 6 months. Add in holidays would be around 10 that they don't work with you. Would not recommend based on the constant scheduling. Try to make it more difficult. Then do not work with the child for the 45 minutes their supposed to get. Lucky if they work with the child for 20 minutes. Do not recommend. Steer clear there is much better out there."

"We have only been for 3 visits now. My son goes to speech therapy with Ashley and she is awesome ! He has learned and accomplished sooooooo much with her in such a short time. She is GREAT! We had to switch from one therapy place where he wasn’t getting the necessary tools he needed. Simple Strokes was one call away and from the start they welcomed us with kindness and open arms and I am so glad we switched. I couldn’t be any prouder!"

"My son was going there for OT and ST. After two visits I was told to stay in the waiting room while he went back. Everytime he returned I'd ask how therapy went and was given a generic "he did great!" And sent on our way. I was not given any kind of real feedback. After I moved to another state I had his new doctor, his school and his new therapist requested his records from simple strokes and no one returned their requests for months. Finally after a fourth attempt the records were received and they were on the wrong child. We eventually got my son's correct records and reading over them he was not "doing great" he was not engaging at all per their notes. Total lack of communication and would not recommend them to actually help families."
