"I love guns and ammo It seems like a place in the gun community that people either love or people either hate... But I like it I like the guys in there they're knowledgeable... I think with the demographic they have to deal with they have to be a little more dry towards you they probably get a lot of window shoppers and a lot of people who don't know even what they're looking for which I could see is a gun salesman how that could be a little frustrating it's like going and shopping for a car and not really knowing how to drive or what brand you prefer so I see why these guys sometimes have the demeanor about them but I've never had an issue when I'm in there I've never seen anyone else really have an issue unless they were just being a little rowdy or stinking of weed don't go in there smelling like weed be a little smarter even across the street at accent guns and loan they will tell you to leave pretty much any gun store I've been to will tell you to leave"

"I don’t post reviews often, if not at all because I love supporting my city and the people in my city. I did not read the reviews on this place because I like to form my own opinion without the aid of someone else’s experience but unfortunately with this establishment majority of the negative reviews hold truth. They do have an expansive selection of firearms which was nice, but I couldn’t shake the feeling of being treated as if I was a threat the ENTIRE time I was there. I could sense that every movement I made was being scrutinized as if I came in with malicious intent, and my excitement was quickly diminished due to the lack of customer care and dialogue. I’m not going to tell you where to spend your money, and you may have a different experience than mine but for me this was an experience I will never forget. Hopefully one day they can turn this around. 0/10 do not recommend"

"Layaway and customer service is trash. They couldnt tell me when i made my last payment. All they were able to tell me is that its been enough time for them to be pulled from layaway. But hey, the bright side is despite paying over 600 im told i can only get 250 back. And Truth be told im just a guy who didnt read fine print and couldnt pay as frequently as they demanded. But the customer service couldve been better than a bunch of customer reps on their phones with responses like “i dont know” and “i guess it got pulled”. Im not saying dont buy guns from them. Im just saying unlike the alternative gun shops, their best service is given to those who buy same day. Use that information how you will and support their business at your own risk."
