"I bought a new Xros mini 3 device made by Vaporesso that was specifically recommended to me by the shop employee. Since I got the device it burns hot enough to burn my throat. Doesn’t matter salt liquid or not, hold in mouth then inhale or not, and that I wait 15 minutes to use a pod or give it a 2 hour break to cool off. And it’s with the pod it came with and another ohms one. It’s a faulty device. I have the box, the receipt, the original pod. The same employee would not exchange it. Refused to help me, was rude, refused to give me his name or the manager’s name, advised me to use another shop. His name is Zion and I know he lied cause he told me on the phone when he answered before I came there and it’s on the receipt. Do not go here because if something doesn’t work you will not get helped. You will be denied a manager and treated awful. I have never received such poor treatment at any other shop."
