"I have had 33 motorcycles and ridden for 57 years. They have the worst service department I have ever been to. Was over charged and the never fixed the problem that I took the bike in there in the first place. Charged 1800. Took it to the honda delership in Bolivar and for 175. Found and fixed the electrical problem. I was than cursed out by the service manager after he insulted me , saying I don't know how to start a motorcycle. Tried to talk to the owner and he refused to talk to me..."
"Sales team is great and knowledgeable. Honda and Polaris are great products. My only reason for the low score is the service department. I called to make an appointment and they never answered or called back. Then, I tried to fill out appointment online and they never got back with me from that either."

"I purchased a Honda 21" self propelled commercial walk behind mower! The mower performs brilliantly, cuts even and effortlessly every time I use it. I couldn't be more pleased with the exception of saying this. Whilst the mower is truly a dream to use and I 1000% recommend it to anyone in the market for a walk behind mower. I have to add, Bob's Honda was even better than the product I purchased from them. They were patient and very knowledgeable about the questions I had.
