"pretty sure every smoke shop in this town is owned by somebody foreign, this one is just as good as any other one but the customer service here stands behind the local workers then the workers use the excuse they can’t do much cause they are just workers, kinda and uses them as a face front and stands/hides behind them when there’s a problem. The owner of the shop in front of Home Depot is owner operated, he’s 5 star business owner. The owner of evolve puts profits before people, this town is to small for that. I’ll be spending my money at expand smoke shop now because the owner actually cares about carrying quality products and making sure his customers are satisfied."

"I never do this sort of thing but I have to say that the guys DESERVE IT!! The only vape shop I will use. I feel like I’m cheating on them if I go anywhere else. Honestly the lowest prices around at ALL of the locations, the staff is great. The sheer size of the oak ridge location is insaaaane! Scott, Troy, Lindsey, and Brandon are all amazing. Any time I’ve ever had an issue with a vape or whatever, they fixed it no questions asked. So when I say make this place your GO-TO, I mean it!!!"

"I like this store a lot. It's a much better dispensary than CBD Plus and Apotheca. The prices are extremely affordable in comparison and the staff are a lot nicer and more accommodating. Their stock is amazing as well. A large variety of products, much more than the 2 mentioned shops above. They also carry other products; incense, glassware, glassware cleaning tools and kits, every Raw product known to man, nic vapes and so much more. The dosages on their products are much more manageable and tailored to a wider audience. I won't shop any where else. The only issue I have is the deli style flower as it's probably not incredibly fresh due to the containers being opened all day but that's a common issue and the last couple of times I shopped, the charges were incorrect. I have already addressed this with management and everything has been resolved. Love this store!"

"They’ve got quality products and a lot of options with some of the best deals in town, but I would not come in here without knowing what I want. I come in and ask the guy with the red beard if he could tell me anything about the strains. He goes “Idk look it up”. Dude must not have wanted me to tip him if he is willing to expect the customer to do all the research about the products."
