"Great prices and great clothes!"
"I stopped in there today and bought my daughter a pair of jeans and a few shirts I also bought two body sprays. When I got home i opened the bag and the only items in there were the shirts and pair of pants. I checked my receipt to see if the body sprays were even rang up. And they were, they were rang up first on my receipt. I checked the car to make sure they hadn’t rolled out. Then I called the store and talked to someone about it. Apparently no bag or items had been forgotten. Didn’t offer to check the cameras for the time on my receipt. So I guess she rang them up, charged me for them, didn’t bag them and then put them back on the shelf after I left. I get it’s busy and accidents happen but It would’ve been nice to have the cashier notice or put aside for me in case I called or came back in."

"Just returned a belt and sweater I had purchased. Apparently once you return something past 30 days you are told you have to get store credit even though you have the receipt IN HAND. I was 12 days past the 30 day mark, I guess I should've paid attention more clearly but this is absolutely ridiculous that I don't get my full refund. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO OLD NAVY EVER AGAIN."
