"Terrible and overpriced. My car broke down recently and I had it towed to this location. Even with my AAA membership discount they wanted to charge me $4800++ for a used (not reman or new trany). The car is 30+ years old and has readily available parts for it. I decided to change the transmission oil and they had left the pan bolts beneath super loose I could turn each bolt with a flick of the finger. They had also broken the kickdown cable bushing. Not a trustworthy business! You are better off taking your car somewhere else."

"Came into the shop knowing I needed a new alternator. I just needed that part and the work done. They proceeded to give my vehicle a $150 diagnostic check which I did not ask for. There cost for the part was $390. (O'Riley sells the part for $220) plus the labor came out to $680. I decided to take my business else where and they still charged me $150 for basically doing nothing. Terrible service!"
