"It's hard to feel a mechanic is honest, but with Shiv's auto repair, I can honestly say they are. We had extensive work needed on our car and he walked us through everything, shared photos, sent updates via text and when the insurance tried to order used parts, the owner insisted that they go with new parts (we have a 2020 brand new car).
