"I have appointment at 1:15o’clock and the service advisor I waited more than 1 hour but they haven’t showed up, haven’t started any service and when I went and asked her about same thing, the way of she responded is very rude and she said I have to wait longer time until my turn then what is the point of making an appointment? I know sometimes delays happen but you have receive customers well and speak in proper way. I never experienced this. She don’t know how to handle customers and not ready to take any suggestions."

If you guys are busy you have to call the customer and ask for rescheduling instead of making them wait and talk properly. After speaking with her manager he understood the situation and immediately sent car to the service."
