"I had been hunting down an elusive grip module for a few weeks and found it on AB Prototype's site on a Monday morning. I couldn't believe my eyes so I wanted to call and confirm availability before placing the order. It was early AM and well before business hours which I didn't realize, so no one picked up. Within 5 minutes someone called me back - he was extremely helpful, professional, and kind (I didn't catch his name). By Wednesday evening, I had the grip module on my gun - mind you I am in a different state. They even threw in a new metal magazine release button from SIG which was a nice upgrade from my stock plastic one and saved me the headache of swapping the old one over. "UPDATE: I've received my Sig P320 with the newly installed manual safety back from AB Prototype. It was received in a quicker time than was promised, and the manual safety was installed professionally, and the gun shoots great and without any noticeable flaws. No answering machines, no need to go through email, and he described the process, and the great number of conversions he has already done and best way to start out. I'd been to the website, did a little looking around, but my two minute conversation with the OWNER, AFTER normal business hours told me everything I needed to know about the business, and I ordered the conversion.
