When finally getting in touch with someone in the office via phone they were short tempered and rude when we asked for further guidance and help as this is the first time going through this. Highly recommend looking elsewhere if you have the ability to do so."

Why I’m leaving a 1 Star is, With all my 4 pregnancies, I’ve had horrible experiences with the ladies in the office. The office management could use major improvements. If you don’t like your day job. Please find another one. They act like they don’t even want to deal with you. And some have no respect. You are there to serve all the ladies that walk through the door and do simple paper work."
