"My husband went in with a severe sinus infection. Left with over the counter nasal and cough spray. Waste of time and money. Would not recommend this to anyone. We had to beg for an antibiotic. This may be the only thing that will help.to"

"I went in with a cough, and clear runny nose that I had had for 8 days. Because, I have been coughing for eight days my chest area was hurting. The NP told me I was having a heart attack bc I used the word heart area when she asked me specifically where it was hurting. Since, I did not use the word lungs she refused to diagnose me with anything, and would no longer help me. All I need was something to clear the drainage up. I assured her I was not having a heart attack. I just use the wrong word and she said because I use the word heart instead of lungs, she would no longer help me. She knew I wasn’t having a heart attack, and it was very apparent that I wasn’t. If she truly thought I was she should have called an ambulance for me instead of telling me to go to the ER myself. The last time I visited this place was in 2017, and I sat in the waiting room for 3 hrs one night. I was the only person in there besides the girl at the front desk then. The girl at the desk informed me back then that the NP was leaving and going home every night between 11-5 to go to sleep. The NP didn’t come back in until around 6:00 in the morning. I believe in second chances, but This is my second bad experience with them so I will never go back!"

"2 star because the nurse wasn't going to let us be seen because of our religious beliefs. Then I asked if we were getting denied health care service because of our religious belief and they said they would let it slide. I will not ever go back . The doctor was nice and was thorough."
