Everyone is nice and welcoming especially my OBGYN Dr. Felton who always listens to everything I have a concern about regarding my pregnancy and does his best to make sure he meets your needs and of course can’t forget his nurse Genesis. She is so sweet and kind and always looks out for me and my family anytime we need something done. Overall this place and their staff they are all so kind and caring. So I definitely recommend coming here to Arizons."

"I went to this facility not knowing a single person but now the whole place is like family. I’ve had nothing but a good experience each visit I had/have. I was cared for in many ways , I will never forget. The ladies from A to D are loving and caring. They were there for me every step of the way. I bet they would have carried me! They are very professional and sweet! I love them so much! And my obgyn is great ! HE is very observant , caring , and knowledgeable. He did not leaving me hanging like most doctors would. If I didn’t know what something meant , he definitely made sure I understood everything he said. He would even print out things for me to take home to help me got a better understanding . He is also very professional and kind to my husband and I. I highly recommend this place."

"They have always made me feel apart of the family from day one, Genesis is the most welcoming always referring to the patients as “Friend” and is very timely with taking care of messages and requests. The lab technician is down to earth and is fabulous at what she does. She drew blood and I barely felt it. I have been a patient for three years now and I can’t say enough good things about Arizons. And Doctor Felton is the most knowledgeable, patient and caring OBGYN I have ever had. He is also one of the best surgeons in middle Tennessee. "Communication could be better in the office. Otherwise I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tafesse. She did great getting me through pregnancy and performed a repeat c section. I had been traumatized by my first c section experience under another businesses care. She listened to my concerns, told me that will not happen under her care, and followed through making this c section surprisingly easy to recover from! She is an excellent professional."

"Do NOTTTTT trust them with your care. I ignored the negative reviews because I figured people were just complaining to complain. BOY Was I WRONG. The only worker worth anything is the blood work lab lady, she’s fantastic she’s kind and she knows how to do her job. When I tell you, they LOSE your records in a heart beat or maybe it was me. Granted I had to cancel two appointments because we got sick, I skipped out on my third intentionally and found better care in COOKEVILLE at Diana Health. They told the nurses at Diana health because I missed out on ‘ multiple appointments ‘ they have no anatomy scan on my baby when we in fact made sure every ultrasound appointment was visited, in fact I’ll be showing them the anatomy scans that I have because they are saved in my phone since they text you cheap imaging instead of having print outs. They can’t even keep up with what they have done, why would you trust them to even keep up with your own information? I tried calling them on days I was sick and I would be sitting only hold for nearly an hour, I was able to feed my family breakfast and take a shower while still on hold with the dang mic muted. Find somewhere else to go. Again props to the awesome blood work tech woman she’s just the sweetest and should be placed somewhere much more put together. ❤️"
