"Negative experience--they cancelled our appointment because we did not complete all of the lengthy intake paperwork. We had completed the financial releases and stated that we would pay cash, no need to go through insurance, and they still refused to see us at the scheduled time. Not very "family" friendly, as their name would suggest. People are busy and juggling jobs, children, and other responsibilities. This is a service that we are attempting to pay for. It is difficult enough to reach out and begin this process without creating additional barriers."

"Made an appointment for marriage counseling, and asked if there were any bilingual counselors avaliable. Was told there was only one, and that she only does videocalls and that they'd call back to let me know. They called back and told me the bilingual person was available later on in the month, and asked if I was still interested. I said yes, and then they told me they cancelled the original appointment. I asked if they were going to charge me, and they said no. I got an email from the bilingual counselor saying she was going to be out of her office until the end of the month and after the date I was originally told. So, I figured I'd get with my wife and try and figure something out since we don't share similar work schedules, and if anything find somewhere else. Then, I got another email asking if I was going to make the appointment for the 18th, but I never set an appointment for the 18th, and I was checking my email for one. So, now I've been charged $130 for a missed appointment I didn't set. Won't be recommending this place to anyone."
