"As a young adult who hasn't had insurance since I was in my single-digit years — that's birth through 9 years of age! — I haven't been able to afford doctor visits or to fill prescription medications. I've been prescribed between two and four drugs for the past four years. Since at least one of them has been a Controlled Substance, I've faced SO MUCH UNFAIR TREATMENT from pharmacies throughout Northwest Tennessee and Jackson. This all went away once I started going to Vantreese Pharmacy. Although I have to drive 70-75 minutes every month — I live in Martin and it takes a LONG time to. make it to the Southside of Jackson every ~30 days — to fill my prescriptions, the trip is well worth the effort. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs here ALWAYS greet me with smiles. They NEVER give me any BS. They ALWAYS tell me the truth. They NEVER lead me astray. They NEVER turn me down with some arbitrary "reason" — *coughcough* e x c u s e s *coughcough* — like at least ONE DOZEN other pharmacies in this area have done over the past 2-3 years. Although Vantreese doesn't take discount cards like some other pharmacies do, I couldn't care less about the cost — Vantreese Discount Pharmacy treats me like an actual human! Even though this might sound crazy, BELIEVE ME, countless pharmacists write plain Janes and average Joes like me off and treat us like dirty dopeheads. The same can't be said for Vantreese. Thank you, guys and gals! "
