"Convenient and good value place for Passport/visa photo! A bit shady to walk up the staircase next to the chinese take-out, but it's worth it. Needed to get a US passport photo for Visa purposes, CVS and Walgreens had failed me too many times and way too expensive! (blurry, terrible lighting, not accepted). Come here, the lady gets it done for $10 for 2 photos in super quick time, with proper background and lighting! Get take-out or boba in Chinatown while you are at it! She also does China and Hong Kong visa photos. According to the sign she also does clothing alteration..though I didn't try this time."
