"I shop here all the time I spent so much money and they know my face. All I wanted to do was look at the shoes 15 min before closing and the wouldn’t let me in i’m convinced you don’t need a GED or high school diploma to work here cuz bra at the front door a lil off they should put closed at 7:45 not 8pm, is sucks I will never be returning to the store because I love the store, and the prices are fair and they always got the latest styles but customer service is terrible. They always lock the door. Nobody greets you when you walk in. I’ll just order the the stacked jeans off line from Temu and go to the Patrick Ewing website to get the shoes. I’m actually super glad this happened because I really don’t want to spend my money anyway on tangible items that are worthless is 2024 and I will never be coming back here no more"

"My children and I went here a couple days ago and $100 plus on us some clothes and I detected judgement from one of the employees, like my children and I didn't have any money but I pulled out the debit card tapped and approved, I allowed the card to speak for me. Over I'm satisfied."

"(Oakland Location) clothes deals and prices for the entire family are unmatched. Unfortunately, the passive manager and disrespectful associates are unbelievable. Like the manager has to be related to the associates and keep them there for so long that they are terrible except 2-3 of them. especially the little ugly one with dreads ugh. I wish they would upgrade customer service I am giving up on that store because they clearly do not care about loyal customers. It is the most horrible customer service at a retailer I've ever seen. Clearly, these nasty associates don't get out much. This behavior would never be tolerated in a higher-end store."
