"Robert replaced the Ventus shaft on my taylormade stealth 4 hybrid with a tru temper steel shaft and the results were astronomical. It used to be my least favorite club in the bag. Now it’s my favorite. I’d only hit it well 20% of the time. Now it’s a consistent 190 yrds. I hit it great 90% of the time. The other 10 % are weird lie angles and user error. He also suggested giving me an extra .25 inches which helps a tall boy like myself. I could not believe the value for money of his work and I will be back if I ever need anything else done. The whole process took 25 minutes and cost 20 bucks. ( I provided my own shaft and grip) I now have the confidence to challenge greens I would have laid up for in the past. This is a game changer. Thank you Robert and all the fine folks at your establishment"
"I love this place! If I could open my own golf shop, this is what it would look like. Brandon put a lot of time and effort into making this store everything it could possibly be. I love the variety of irons and putters that are hard to find. As much as I love hitting into a mat and looking at a computer for yardage (I’m being sarcastic), I can come to Memphis Golf and hit into a real range and yes, Brandon even has the technology to let you know your swing speed and how far you’ve hit the ball. Robert has over 25 years of club repair experience and has done a wonderful job on all of the clubs I own. He is the best club repair guy in the Mid-South. Memphis Golf has all the grips the big corporate stores do as well as anything else you need like bags and balls. Last but not least, they have one thing no other golf store has… Tex! Go in and sit on the couch with Tex and watch some golf on their big screen TV. All you golfers out there, support your locally owned golf shop and go by and see the guys at Memphis Golf. They have everything the other stores do except the big prices and all the strict rules corporate stores have regarding trade-ins and used club policies. This is a store where the owner understands what his customers want. Trust me, if you go here once, you won’t go anywhere else. Memphis Golf is the best thing to happen to Memphis since Jerry Lawler won the AWA World Heavyweight Championship from Curt Hennig in 1988. Thanks Memphis Golf for turning my game around and keeping my handicap in the single digits. Ain’t no Mulligans here! Y’all are the best!"
