"I had the worst customer experience at Bluff City. I was refunded partially for my order due to the failure of their embroidery machine. I believe due to the fact I’m African American that the management didn’t care for me politely asking for a discount on the faulty work. I was told to not come back and have any work done because I have a standards on quality of work. As a disable veteran I’m because on ownership and responsibility to others. I will not recommend this company and hope you don’t have my same experience."
