"I have gotten defective vapes from this store so many times. Escobars in particular seem to be problematic. I usually open them outside the store and come back in minutes later if there’s an issue. I’ve never had a problem before tonight. I got to my car, opened my vape, hit it, and nothing happened except for the light coming on. I promptly went back to the store to ask for an exchange, but tonight the worker told me he couldn’t do anything bc I left the store- even though it’s never been an issue before, and I was gone for mere minutes. I shouldn’t have to waste my money on broken products. Moral of the story, always test your products before leaving the store or you can kiss your money goodbye"
