"THE LINE IS WAY TOO LONG SOMETIMES OUT TO THE ROAD! this is the worst pharmacy in Dickson. I do NOT recommend using CVS. their website hardly works. When you try to call they will have you listen to the automated system for 30+ minutes. I get text messages that my script is ready then when I get there they don’t even have the order sometimes, the service today was TERRIBLE. If my insurance covered another pharmacy I would change."

"this is the worst pharmacy in Dickson. 10/10 do NOT recommend using CVS. their website NEVER works so you can’t check on your prescriptions and you can’t refill them online. When you try to call they will have you listen to the automated system for 30+ minutes. The automated system can never find your info either forcing you to speak with a rep. I just waited 30 minutes to speak with a pharmacist regarding a refill and they hung up on me as soon as they said “hello” - called back and no pick up after another 30 minutes. the service is TERRIBLE."

"So this CVS has set up a fake location so you won’t see all the bad reviews people are leaving about this place. Don’t believe me? Look it up. Anyway this CVS pharmacy is the worst service. They never have your stuff ready when they say they will and if they do they will make you sit in your car for 45 minutes in a long line because they are terrible at their jobs. Go inside you say? Tried that the line is just as long and they don’t care. They will have 8 people “working” back there with 1 person at the window and all they tell you is “it’s not ready come back in 30” I literally waited in line inside and 7 people in front of me were all told their prescriptions were not ready. Don’t waist your your time here because you will never get it back."
