"This pharmacy has given me nothing but problems since my provider started sending my medications here. The customer service from the pharmacy staff is terrible. The staff is beyond rude, never has my medications ready even if the script was sent over a few days ago and roll their eyes at you if you make a comment or question why things aren’t ready. I don’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone, especially any new incoming LMU students looking for a place to get their prescriptions sent."

"I am ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED with the experience I just had while shopping at the prescription shop (next door to IGA). I'll start by saying I don't shop here very often (the prices are a little too high for me), but I have been here quite a few times, because they so have nice stuff, and my family uses the pharmacy... I'm shocked and DISGUSTED with the way I was treated today, because normally I have always had a pleasant experience and the employees have usually always been friendly and helpful. BUT today I was literally treated as if I were a shoplifter. I don't understand why. It started as soon as I walked in the door. I was browsing the skincare products and at first I just thought the employees were being friendly and helpful, but that changed when the FOURTH employee came over to me for the SECOND time to ask if they could help me (within the first 10 minutes of being here) all while they stared at me the whole time. I told them "No thank you. I'm just looking right now". But they literally continued to watch me and kept coming up to me. I moved to a different part of the store to look at other things and another employee came up to me AGAIN and asked me AGAIN and then he literally squeezed by me and then stood there and literally stared at me until I finally just left. I have never been so disrespected in my life. This is NO way to treat customers. I was going to purchase several items until I realized I was being treated like they expected me to steal.....I guess I should point out that I was dressed nicely, clean, wearing my face mask, etc. This was infuriating and I am shocked and DISGUSTED. I won't be going back here and I sure as hell will not give them a dime of my money. All of those employees definitely need a training course on how to treat customers."
