"It's a premature for me to fairly review this practice as I am a new patient. I have MASSIVE infection in my mouth and jaw from implants I had installed 20+ years ago in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. My dentist out here wouldn't touch me. He immediately referred me to Dr. Basta. She has a massive task ahead of her. She has to remove the current implants and manufacture a one of a kind system to properly fit.
