Nothing adout this office or my appointment was adequate. :( :( :( My appointment was canceled without me asking, I was thrown away like trash and I'm still hurt from my experience. I'm entitled to my opinions and feelings adout the pore quality of care I received at your office!"

"I brought my son here to start his orthodontist treatment and I am so pleased with the entire office staff. Specially Alex, who explained the treatment, cost, insurance coverage and the length of the treatment in detail. I love how attentive everyone is and we almost never have to wait to be seen. Love the office atmosphere, the organization and the patient care. I highly recommend this office."

"I would highly recommend NOT coming to this location. Not only is the place disgusting dirty, they do not even treat you despite how much pain you are in. The place is run like a chop shop and should be investigated by the Health Department. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB and California Department of Consumer Affairs. The clinic also seems to be getting kickbacks from medications they are prescribing. They prescribe antibiotics that you have to pay nearly $100 for when, in fact, the normal antibiotics are fine. The reviews on this site are pretty accurate of what you an expect. This place should be condemned and shut down. The staff is pretty scummy, as well. Just a disgusting place with a disgusting staff."

"One star review slowly to two appointments today at 10 arrive seven minutes late due to not knowing how to enter and found out I had to come to the back entrance I asked what’s taking so long I was told I would be next to two people in front of me we’re family that’s no excuse to attend someone an hour later this was dated January 28, 2022 Covina location Will never come to this location ever again thank you I actually want to include as well I asked what was taking so long and if everyone had the same appointment at 10 AM and all I was told is that they’re all siblings so I guess it’s justifiable. They just discriminated me for the insurance I have an asked me do you still wanted us to see you after you gave us a one star review and the judge me for having medical. I am taking us to the dental board because I have a recording and associate that actually confirmed to me about this is her name is Maria. So no Maria I don’t want to go to your dental office anymore for discriminating. She was so rude how could you even like discriminate a customer just because I have medical versus they have a different type of insurance this is the rudest place I’ve ever even been to you should be disgusted with yourself. FYI she even had me go to the back just so she can tell me this. You will hear from my lawyer."
