"Normally have no issues coming to this location. Everyone there is nice and understanding. Conveniently close to my work. I had Nikki, who was nice enough, but in no way, shape or form, gave me the haircut I wanted. Asked for a flattop, to which she said she hadn’t done a lot of, but would still do it. Eventually got to cutting the top, and told her I normally do a 1-2 on top for the middle of the flattop, and she just went right on through on the top, and ended up with a high and tight instead. I like high and tights, but that’s not what I came in for. Would have appreciated her just saying she’s not comfortable with doing a flattop. Don’t get me wrong, the high and tight was cut very well, no issue on the quality of the haircut, just wasn’t what I was expecting to walk out with. They did give me a mvp and discounted the haircut, but ultimately still had to pay for a haircut I wasn’t looking forward to getting today. Update 9/14. Went in again to get my haircut. Kirstin helped me this time. Was totally understanding of my last visit, and comped my haircut since she said that’s what should’ve happened for the previous one. Thank you, Kristin for making things right, I’ll definitely be back."
