Burberry Outlet 48650 Seminole Drive, Cabazon, CA 92230

"DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD! My last visit with this store, on a weekday at 4pm, not busy at that time but we had to wait 25 mins to go in. There were only two customers inside and 7 sales were just stand there chatting. 15 customers came out but no one letting new customers go in. I had to went inside and ask if they are even open or doing business? I got y'all at and said they are coming. Called the 1800 number reported the problem, I been told they will send an email to the store manager and someone will call me in 24-48 hours, no one call me. I called after 48 hours and asked for the store manager, I been told from this department manager that the store manager is not there and won't be there in the next few days! So I told her my story and complaint, she talked back to me after each of my sentences, defensive on every problem I pointed out. She just doesn't care at all! So does the company! I understand there is a line outside the store, not only Burberry does that, Prada, Gucci, all other luxury brands do that also. But never a 25 mins wait when there are only two customers inside and 7 sales we're chatting and not working. This brand doesn't care customer service. I will not go back to this store or not even purchase from Burberry anymore."

"Burberry is horrible. I bought my daughter a purse that cost 1,400 dollars and is peeling. The purse was bought on February of this year 2023. I called the store to see if they would be able to fix it or do an exchange they said "NO."I bought a purse from Tory Burch and they were able to exchange my purse. Never buying from burberry again...."
