"Aug 8, 2023, I walked into Royalty Barber Shop and was not treated with royalty. Rather, I was told by a barber that his brother was in the bathroom and could provide service to me once done in the restroom. Sadly, this brother who supposedly was in the bathroom never came out to meet me. After 15 minutes waiting, I decided to gracefully leave the shop. The barber I did encounter lacked customer service skills. He rendered no respect to me as a senior citizen; a Black woman blessed with frosty white gray hair. I guess it was a generational issue. I will not return to Royalty barber shop. There is no Royalty experience at all!"
