"I will say, they're damn good at what they do. I've never had another barber achieve a high and tight as great-looking as they did here. The problem is that they don't open on time, and every time I call they never respond. I once waited in their parking lot for 30 minutes past 10:00, and nobody ever showed up to open the shop. I'd love to use their services again, but they need to get their act together."
