"This is more as a suggestion to the business. They have good prices, good service. The only thing that they need help with, is that when it's busy they don't let the customers know that are coming in of what the wait time is going to be( 30 min to 1hour wait)They should have something like they do at costco optometry, you pull a number, then they call the next number in line, if the next number is not there then they call the next customer. That will help from a customer's point of view.."
