"Unprofessional & lacking customer service. I made an appointment with Big Mitch via the app as he directed. My appointment was confirmed. The day of the appointment I arrived on time. However, he was a no show. I called several times and left a text and no response. Then approximately an hour later, my appointment was canceled. I really needed a haircut. Big Mitch had cut my hair previously. Then my father passed away and I was away for several months. Upon my return I made this appointment. In light of what happened and no follow-up from Big Mitch, I can longer recommend this business."

"He’s a great barber been going to him for a while but the only thing is you have to remind him even tho you told him at the beginning not to trim your beard. Multiple times I’ve told him not to trim and to only line it up even if patchy etc. he’ll forget and I would end up losing what little progress I achieved. It’s hard trying to grow a beard some of y’all get it , Besides that everything else it perfect and he’s a great person and has a great personality haircuts are 10/10."

"Was our first time coming here drove all the way from La Jolla to get my teenage son’s hair trimmed & lined up because we saw such great reviews for this establishment. Fortunately all the positive reviews were correct & spot on. Mitch was friendly welcoming & professional. He took his time was deliberate & precise w/ his trimmer did an excellent job cleaning up my son’s unkempt fade. It was so worth the drive inland; we will be returning here again for the next haircut/trim."
