"First time customer and had my haircut by Jackie. Walked in at 11am and was seen immediately. I had longhair down past my shoulders and got it cut short and Jackie was quick and did a great job!! She was also very nice and created good conversation. Overall it was an awesome haircut experience and will come back for sure!"
"Ill preface by saying we are regulars who come all the time. This has never been our experience until now. Came in today and was told 20 min wait for my two sons and husband. Sat for over an hour and waited while they kept taking walkins in front of us. My husband asked why they were ahead of us when we had been sitting there waiting well over and hour and were told at that moment that there was a written waitlist. They never said anything to us nor did they tell us to put our name on a list just to go sit and wed be next.. Majorly disorganized. Also, the place was filthy. They weren't sweeping up after each cut, so there is just mounds of hair all over the floor. Just gross. This is the last time we will be back here."
