"Will never go back to Great Clips. Unprofessional. I was the only customer inside the salon and was about to get seated for a haircut and another family with 2 kids walks in whose name was ahead of mine but they weren't even first in line, there were other names ahead of them as well. There were 2 hair technicians, so they decided to take them first even though one of the hair technicians went to prep the seat for me. Had the family been there before me or if the hair technician told me I had to wait, I would have respected that 100%, but that wasn't the case, the technician told me she was going to be right back to take me in after she checked me in. What they did was very unprofessional, and they have lost a loyal customer for life."

I cried all the way home. I contacted the manager, she tried to even up. This happened in June, it has taken 5months for it to look decent. I will never go there again...."
