"I have been here 50+ times for a trim. Julian and Li are wonderful. Brigit, on the other hand, is rude and unwelcoming. I arrived at 9 am when they open. Brigit was the opener. I waited for 20 mins for her to set up. When another employee arrived she said she didn't want to help me so they should. She said this loud enough for me to hear. Horrible customer service!"

The worst part this time I waited 30 minutes before even having eye contact or asked if I was waiting...and there were two stylists available... do better...."
