"Had an appointment at 10:30 today and according to what they told me the cancellation is for 15mins late or no show. Due to the unexpected traffic this morning I was 10mins late. And at 10:40 as I was pulling up to the store got this message says my appointment was canceled so I went to the store at 10:41 ask why and they said because I was 15mins late. I know you don’t have to be smart to be a barber but seriously? You can’t even tell time? I understand you guys are busy and probably booked every slot. I got no problem for the reschedule and wait around for an hour but I am not gonna pay for the 17.50 cancellation fee just because you can’t do a simple math."

"Literally just called 5mins ago to make an appointment for my 7year old son. Whoever was on the phone this day and time and i hope the owner can see this review. I called and make an appointment she told me the available time and i said ok book it and i asked how much she said $30 and i said ok is that like a kids price or adults are different? She said that’s $30 for everyone i said ok that’s fine. Then she goes to say do you want to CANCEL it so i can save the spot for someone else.! And i was like what? Idk why you asked that but go ahead and cancel it. She was so rude never did i feel to cancel something like that so fast. So unprofessional!!!"

"I came in to tidy up an undercut fade. The barber was extremely slow, had to be told repeatedly what to do because he seemed to want to do his own style instead of what I initially asked for, and after an hour I just agreed it was fine so I could leave and fix it at home. I don't know if the person cutting my hair had a license, if they did, it wasn't by the seat he was cutting my hair at. Definitely not worth the price or the time."
