"Just had a terrible experience here. Been going here for a couple months and have had nothing bad to say, service and haircuts were great. I was placed today with another barber who didn’t understand what haircut I wanted. When he was finished I asked if he could shape it up a bit more the way I wanted to which he grunted and continued razing over the same spots for the next fifteen minutes. My neck and the back of my head are now extremely uncomfortable and have scratches and cuts all over. I was in complete shock and had no idea what to say as I simply just asked if he could do the haircut I initially asked for. I would not recommend this place if you are not spanish speaking or can not find a barber who is at least somewhat reasonable."

"Went here for a haircut, asked for another barber because the barber was rude, his clippers were dirty. The barbers threatened me made fun of my previous haircut and were threatening me on my way out."

It’s been great watching his progression go from the place he used to work, to a business he now owns. His shop is located in a prime section of Koreatown, and is very clean and bright. If you aren’t able to book with Hugo, all the barbers there are very much on point as well."
